Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, or just need a safe, judgement-free space to explore your thoughts and emotions, therapy can be a valuable tool. I believe in the importance of meeting my clients where they’re at and using a tailored approach to refine the supports that can be utilized in a realistic way.

Using a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness, we can identify, refine and strengthen your coping skills and get you on the path to embracing life with confidence and joy.
