With a decade of dedicated experience, I am a compassionate and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) specializing in anxiety, women’s issues, family dynamics, grief and loss and trauma. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Together, we will work to develop a deeper understanding of your symptoms and look for root causes from a holistic, mind-body-soul, approach. Then, we will utilize evidence-based interventions to address the issues head on and learn skills to help you meet your goals and get on with living a vibrant and meaningful life.
