I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for help can be scary, overwhelming, and daunting. It’s not easy to admit when you’re struggling, especially when you don’t understand what’s happening inside your mind. If you’re beginning to take the steps to therapy, be proud and never underestimate your strength. I want to be here for you on this new journey in your life, to figure out the ups and downs, and to help you progress the way you want.

I’m a certified CASAC with experience in substance abuse and mental health counseling. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults and have always had a passion for working with children. I believe in using a collaborative, motivational, psychodynamic approach. It’s important to understand who you are and where you want to be, and then let’s figure out how to get there.
